Applications
Every applicant must read these guidelines before turning in an application. If the application is denied or you decide not to rent from us, the application fee is non-refundable.
In addition to the application we also require the following:
- $50 application fee per adult (age 18 years or older)
- Copy of a government issued photo ID (License, State ID, Passport)
- Proof of income (Paystub, paycheck copy, bank statement copy, etc.)
Your application will be processed within 2 business days of us receiving all the required information. We do not accept incomplete applications.
